The single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple, and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people, and four people staying in one room respectively.

Child price applies to children under 12 years old who don't occupy the beds, or share a room with 2 adults.

Itinerary

Day 1 Vancouver - Squamish - Whistler (105 km)

Today, we will visit Whistler by driving along the Sea-to-Sky Highway out of Vancouver. On the way, we will see Horseshoe Bay, Shannon Falls, and Squamish. Once we are in Whistler, we can ride on the Peak-to-Peak Gondola for a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Wandering Whistler village, we can enjoy lunch or go shopping.

Sea-to-Sky Highway The Sea-to-Sky Highway is a major scenic highway leading out of Vancouver, named for the route it cuts from the Pacific Ocean into the heart of British Columbia's heavily forested mountain regions.

Shannon Falls Provincial Park The third highest waterfall in British Columbia, Shannon Falls is the centerpiece in the national park of the same name, north of the city of Vancouver. The falls themselves are recognizable for appearing in numerous films and television shows.

Peak 2 Peak Gondola The Peak 2 Peak Gondola is a cable car that connects the Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains at the Whister-Blackcomb Ski Resort in British Columbia, Canada. It holds the world record for the longest span between towers for a cable car.

Day 2: Whistler - Squamish - Vancouver (94 km)

While staying at the Whistler Ski Resort, there are so many activities that we will be able to take part in, such as riding snowmobiles, dog sledding, and beginner ski classes. On our way back to Vancouver, we will stop briefly in Squamish. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.

Whistler Ski Resort The largest ski resort in North America is located about 75 miles north of Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada. Whistler Blackcomb sees more than two million visitors every year. In the summer, parts of it become a bike park.

SnowMobile This 2-3 hour activity includes a snowmobile and an English instructor. Participants must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driving license.

Sea to Sky Gondola The 10-minute ride to the top takes you 885m above sea level where sweeping views of the Howe Sound and coastal mountains will welcome you from every direction

If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy/use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.

All meals and drinks during the trip unless stated otherwise. The tour guide will make eating arrangements/select restaurants.

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your reservation, you will receive a receipt of the booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

Redemption

You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included in your confirmation email. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions before booking.

Booking Changes

A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees

Regardless of the reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when the notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

Cancellation penalties per person are as follows:(Notification day and departure day are not counted)

21-35 days or more before departure - 30% of the total purchase amount

14 - 20 days before departure - 50% of the total purchase amount

0 - 14 days before departure - 100% of the total purchase amount

Unused features are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the entire payment.

There is a 10% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

Itinerary Variations

We constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods, duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation:

We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure due to operating requirements or circumstances beyond our control. If cancellation is made any time before departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or a similar tour... Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
