Itinerary

Day 1 Vancouver-Whistler-Vancouver(186 km)

Today, we will visit In the morning, guests will be picked up to begin this tour. Today, we will drive along the Sea-to-Sky Highway until we come to Whistler, BC. On our way, we will stop at Shannon Falls to take some pictures of the Tantalus Glacier. (In winter, there will be a stop at the Squamish Adventure Centre, and then a brief stop nearby in Brackendale for eagle viewing (seasonal) before continuing the journey to Whistler. ) Then, we will reach Whistler, where we will spend some free time in the alpine village and resort, taking time to dine, shop, and explore this magnificent area. We can also take a nature walk along the trails or relax on the patio and people-watch.

If you're up for an adventure, try the Peak 2 Peak Glacier experience (not included) gliding 436 metres (1,430 feet.) above the ground between Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. OR the 30 mins Spectacular Glacier Tour, Experience Whistler from above on this exhilarating aerial tour. Soar over jagged mountains, lush alpine meadows, spectacular icefalls, volcanic formations all from the comfort of an expertly guided floatplane. After a fabulous day, we can relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery as we drive back to Vancouver, where the tour will come to an end. Whistler, BC The highlight of this Canadian mountain town is the Whistler-Blackcomb Ski Resort, the largest ski resort in North America. Whistler Blackcomb sees more than two million visitors every year. In the summer, parts of it become a bike park.

Peak 2 Peak Gondola During your free time experience the awesome Peak 2 Peak Gondola, which spans 4.4 kilometres between Whistler and Backcomb Mountains. Includes access to the Alpine Lodges, nature trains and Peak 2 Peak Gondola via the Whistler Village Gondola. The Peak 2 Peak Gondola is a cable car that connects Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains at the Whister-Blackcomb Ski Resort in British Columbia, Canada. It hold the world record for longest span between towers for a cable car.

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your confirmation email. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

Cancellation penalties per person as follows:(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
21-35 days or more before departure - 30% of total purchase amount
14 - 20 days before departure - 50% of total purchase amount
0 - 14 days before of departure - 100% of total purchase amount
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
There is 10% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
