Itinerary

Niagara Falls is just a short flight from New York City, and this unique tour takes advantage of a short flight that separates those in the city from the beauty of Niagara!

We can arrange for you to be picked up at your mid-town Manhattan Hotel (excluding apartment hotels, hostels, and B&Bs) and be transferred to the airport for an additional fee, or you can make your own way to the airport. Upon landing at any of the Niagara airports (Niagara International, YTZ, BUF, ROC), you will be met by a local guide who will take you on a day of exploration on both the American and Canadian sides of Niagara Falls.

Highlights of the day include a ride on the Maid of the Mist, lunch at the Skylon Tower, views of the American, Bridal Veil, and Horseshoe Falls, visits to the Niagara Parks, and more! The tour will conclude at the Buffalo airport. Upon landing in New York, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Journey Behind the Falls The "Journey Behind the Falls" is an attraction on the Canadian side of Horseshoe Falls which allows tourists to to guide themselves through the rock behind Niagara for an up-close look at the cascading water.

Skylon Tower Get spectacular views of the region from 775 above the mighty Falls. Overlooks both American Falls, New York, and the larger Horseshoe Falls, Ontario from the Canadian side of the Niagara River.

Departure & Return

Free Pick Up: Only available from Midtown Hotels between 23rd St and 74th St. NYC airport. No picks are available from apartment hotels, hostels, motels, and bed & breakfasts. Click here for a list of pickup locations and times. Please note that the actual departure time to Niagara Falls could be 2 hours after the hotel pick-up.

Meeting at the Airport:

You can also choose arrive to at the airport by yourself. Please have the print-out of the vouchers that are sent after the tour the confirmed. That should have your flight information. You should get the boarding pass on your own and proceed with check-in. The tour guide will meet you when you arrive at Niagara Falls Airport. We will choose the airport and airport info will be confirmed one month in advance. The Airport of preference is JFK. But the actual airport will be informed in the confirmation Voucher.

Drop Off: Passengers will be dropped off at the same location they were picked up from.

Price Excludes

Country entry or departure fees, airport porter fees, visas, phones, valet, all items of a personal nature, and beverages and food unless otherwise stated.

Service Fees: Payable per person per day to the Driver and Guide.

Additional Note

A minimum of two passengers per booking is required.

Visitors to Canada:

All participants are required to show their government-issued ID (i.e., passport) at the airline check-in counter. You must remind the participants to bring their valid IDs, particularly their passport AND I-94/ESTA, on the departure date.

When traveling to Canada, at airports participants may be asked to provide other official travel documents, as well as their valid passport and I-94/ESTA

(It is the passengers? responsibility to understand the immigration requirements and obtain necessary documents because the required travel documents vary depending on their nationality).

A change of pick-up locations must be made three days before the departure date; the tour operator will not accept any change request within three days. In addition, to pick up the participants on time at the right place, you must provide accurate information (i.e., name or address) about the hotels at which the participants stay.

In the event of a flight cancellation, every effort will be made to reschedule departure.

Any overnight accommodations are at the expense of the guest and will not be reimbursed.

Foreign language guide subject to availability.

Booking will be subject to reconfirmation by the service provider within 24 hours.

Checked baggage for your flight is subject to fees depending on the airline.

Reservation must be the same name written on the Passport. The name cannot be changed.

Policies

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your reservation, you will receive a receipt of the booking by email. All tours will be confirmed within 1-2 business days.

Redemption

You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included in your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

Any changes in names within 3 weeks of departure are subject to a 50% penalty. Changes made within a week of the tour will be charged 100% of the cost of the tour. Reservation must be the same name on the Passport.

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day.

Standard Cancellation and Refund policy (please read before booking) (Notification day and departure day are not counted)

100% refund - 21 days or more prior to departure date

50% Refund - Within 20 days of departure date

No Refund - within 6 days of departure date or no-show

There is a 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

Other cancellation charges may apply to bookings for group tours (ten or more pax). We recommend you ask us at the time of booking.

Name changes may be subjected to a fee regardless of tour type.

Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.

We reserve the right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.

In the unlikely case of flights being canceled for any reason (e.g.: mechanical, weather) the tour operator reserves the right to substitute the return flight with a return by bus if no alternate flights are available. The tour operator assumes no liability or responsibility for airline and bus delays.

In case passengers are required to overnight in Niagara Falls due to weather or cancellation of flights/bus, any additional costs incurred by passengers for hotel accommodations, meals, and personal expenses will be the responsibility of the passengers. It should be noted that the tour operator will not be responsible for any loss or damage, inconvenience, or additional expense caused by such unforeseen circumstances and no refund will be given in this case.

In addition, the tour operator cannot calculate the travel time to a tour destination in such situations.

If the participants have purchased without the shuttle service option and decided to go back from an NYC airport to their hotel by public transportation on the return date, they would not have the right to receive any of our substituted Tour Services (e.g., re-accommodation) and should have the responsibility for the additional arrangements and expenses regarding the use of public transportation, in the event of the unforeseen circumstances.

When the participants request or demand extra Tour Services that are not originally included or listed in our itinerary, the tour operator will assist you with necessary arrangements but will not be responsible for any additional expense. Therefore, the participants who request the extra Tour Services will be charged and must pay the additional expenses.
