What To Expect
If you want to get out and experience firsthand the beauty of New Brunswick's scenic Kennebecasis River Valley, then this is the tour for you and your group.
Before heading out to the beautiful town of Hampton, your guide will provide brief history of Saint John, Canada's first incorporated city, including a short trip to see the famous Reversing Falls Rapids. To truly appreciate the incredible effects of the world's highest fastest rising tides in the world. (bay of Fundy). you will visit the Falls at the beginning and the end of the tour to truly appreciate the experience (time permitting)
From the Reversing Falls Rapids, You will take the scenic route to Hamptons Firefly Forest Recreation area. There you will kick off your outdoor adventures with a game of mini-golf through a lovely wooded area. (Note: Your group may choose to smash a few golf balls at the driving range instead.)
After golf, it is off to the Kings County Museum with its themed exhibits on local history, including a viewing of the old Kings County Jail (a New Brunswick Historic site. Once You've been released from jail (pun intended), you will have time for lunch which is included in the price with a selection that will be pre-ordered for you. either at a great picnic area with a dry place in case of unexpected weather.
Next on your adventure is a stop at the Hampton Lighthouse River Center- a stone hammer UNESCO Global Geopark- for a roughly 2-hour river tour with either Osprey Adventures(war canoe) or Zeldas Pontoon tours. Either way experience a wealth of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Then it's back to Saint John to visit the falls again (time permitting). then back to the boat for much-needed R&R after your jammed-packed outdoor adventure.
